I built mimo because I couldn’t find this space myself.
After becoming a mom, working from home stopped working.
The interruptions were constant — mental and physical.
Focus felt fragile.

They’re built for conversation, not concentration.
And commuting off the Key for a few focused hours didn’t make sense either.
Working alone can also be isolating.
You miss being around capable women —
the kind of brief, meaningful conversations that refill you.

HOW THE SPACE WORKS
Come for 2, 4, or 6 focused hours.
Leave lighter than you arrived.

Membership is limited and subject to availability. Submitting a deposit reserves your place in the founding member queue but does not guarantee final membership approval. MIMO reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion to preserve the integrity and intended use of the space.
